Love our vet! We've been seeing Dr Herrmann for a couple of years and he is great. First time we met him, he introduced himself to my dog before he spoke to me, which is exactly how it should be in my opinion! Made the dog very comfortable and obviously cares about the animals' well being. The vet's assistants are always friendly and the facility is clean and light. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend this animal hospital. I have been going to them for the past 14 years and have been very happy with each visit. The doctors are very caring and are great listeners on what the pet owners describes as the pet's situation. The doctors are thorough when diagnosing the situation and have even consulted other internal doctors as well. You can definitely tell that everyone who works at this animal hospital loves their job as well as their patients, too.

I would have to rate Mundelein Animal Hospital, specifically with Dr. Gery Hermann as amongst the best in breed so to speak.
I have been raising reptiles for two decades, and Dr. Hermann from the Mundelein Animal Hospital, and his associate, Dr. Raymond Hinkle at the Hilltop Animal Hospital are the best in the business. Dr. Hermann at one point led the Illinois Herpetology Association, and had introduced me to Lee Watson's Reptile Swap, where many animal hobbyists meet on a regular basis to share resources and information. He truly has helped to expand my knowledge and is a trusted member of the animal community. He even helped me to adopt reptiles in the past who needed a good home. Genuine care like this is rare and greatly appreciated.
Dr. Gery Hermann is a member of the Association of Reptiles and the American Animal Hospital Association. He truly cares about the pets he treats and always takes the needs of his clients into consideration.
The Mundelein Animal Hospital is a small practice in the Northwestern suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, and offers full service treatment for not only reptiles, but also cats, dogs, small mammals like ferrets and even birds. Their staff is well trained, courteous and extremely knowledgeable.
Their waiting room is clean and comfortable, and overall a cheerful place which welcomes loved pets. Although my most recent experience here was a sad one, as I had to put a pet down, I found their staff to be very caring and considerate, and I know they did everything possible not only to help extend our loved pet's life, but to make sure he passed peacefully. They even followed up considerately by mailing a condolence card.
I highly recommend this facility, they truly do care about animals.

Quality Vet This vet clinic is a good choice. They just did a spay on my shih-tsu and did a phenomenal job. The office is very friendly and the staff definitely know what they are doing. I have no basis to judge on pricing compared to other vets, but they seem pretty fair.
